When mom goes away

IIn a relaxed atmosphere we will look at old and new children's books together and talk about the topic “parent representations” exchange.

Where do we recognize stereotyping? what does it do to us (and our children), when we are confronted with certain "norms"., in which we may not find ourselves? Which characters inspire us? How can we talk to children about the topics of family and relationships?

You are welcome to bring your own books to look at and for discussion.
